Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Queries entered in a third-party search tool are processed by that provider. This site does not keep a local log of the terms entered there.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be retained to respond to it. It is not disclosed outside the organization except when law requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Technical logs may record information needed to deliver and secure pages, including IP address, browser and device details, viewed pages, referral source, and timestamps.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and aggregate analytics may be used to understand traffic and maintain the service. Browser controls can limit cookies, though some functions may then perform differently.
What We Do With This Data
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Send a search request to the selected partner service.
- Measure traffic and diagnose technical problems.
- Support advertising that keeps the reference available.
No Court-Record Data on File
Mahoning County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain a database of court dockets or individual case records. It describes official channels such as Mahoning County eAccess and separate Probate or municipal routes. Court-record access is chiefly governed by Ohio Rules of Superintendence 44–47 and R.C. 2303.901; the Ohio Public Records Act applies to relevant clerk administrative records.
Third-Party Search Partners
A partner operating a search box applies its own privacy policy, retention practices, and sharing terms to data entered into that tool. Review the partner’s policy before submitting information.
Links to Other Websites
Links to courts, clerks, and outside services leave this website. The recipient site’s privacy policy governs activity there. Advertising providers may conduct their own cross-site measurement.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Service providers that process a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, and authorities acting under a valid legal order may receive limited information as applicable.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. Information believed to have been supplied by a minor will be addressed under applicable law.
Your Data Rights
Visitors may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held about them, subject to law and operational needs. Ohio court-record access is governed by Rules of Superintendence 44–47 and R.C. 2303.901, rather than a generic statewide court-record database rule.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised and the current version will be posted here.
